The bad, good and indifferent
Not sure about the second or third floors but if you didn't want to hear music playing all night long and I mean all night request a room away from it. They have music piped in all over the grounds. Nice during the day but needs to be turned off at night. And so not get a room by house keeping if you don't want to be woken up at 6am every morning. Impossible to sleep through their ranting and hooting in Spanish every morning. Want the greatest stay it could have been but wasn't the worst either. Oh I've more things avoid the blonde that barely speaks English behind the reception desk. Nothing but attitude. Everyone else was great.

A dream come true!
Situated 5 minutes (drive) to Busch Gardens, this little gem of a resort made my vacation an extremely happy one! The suites are gigantic - two very large room, 2 tv's, a comfy King Bed with brand new like sheets and duvet, a couch in the separate living area with a little kitchen (no stove). the pool and lounge chairs were beautiful, brand new, and constantly washed. the play area was wonderful, relaxing and clean. The breakfast the BEST I have ever had at a hotel! My reviews are often dismal, this on is not, this little home away from home is Brilliant.

Bougie on a budget from a healthcare girl/mom
FOR ME! 10/10! Cleanliness! Location! Beautiful Lounge/Pool area! Safe location! Less the a mile to Busch Gardens! FOR MY FAMILY a couldn’t have asked for more! Only 2 Cons ( absolutely didn’t bother me) but mentioning because people suck! Their restaurant is not open yet, still under construction. They do have an Olive Garden menu in rooms and they do deliver directly to room. Plus tons of cultural restaurants and regular restaurants in 5-10 mile radius. The gym is not open also still under construction. Oh I forgot one more, must run exhaust fan in bathroom it’s Florida! I feel pricing per room and room lay out is fair! Not a cheap hotel but a bougie budget friendly place. Especially for Staycation in Florida going to Busch Gardens. We stayed in room 1516 on Sunday!

Excellent value- newly renovated
The new renovations are very nice. However, the walls are very thin and noise from other rooms can easily be heard. The staff is fabulous and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because of the HVAC system and our second room was not as clean as the first one. Overall, the property is much better now and is a fantastic value. Bacon every morning made my stay even better! The bad ratings no longer apply to this newly renovated property. I would stay here again because it is a great value for the price.

Vacation stay
After seeing excellent reviews about this property I was really looking forward to staying here. The gentlemen who greeted us was great! Very helpful. Have great suggestions on where to eat. Although they weren't open. Our room was definitely below part for what we were expecting. The floors were gritty with dirt, the sofa was slightly stained. We're went out to the courtyard and took a look around. The pool was dirty, the swing chair cushions were filthy. All in all I would not recommend this resort.

Good for families and proximity to Busch Gardens.
Good for families who can compromise on quality and comfort for a good price and proximity to Busch Gardens. Friends of ours booked this hotel (we went with a group) and we would have preferred to stay in downtown Tampa. We found this place noisy (lots of families and partiers, but then it was end of spring break, so to be expected I guess). Was disappointed for breakfast when I went down and about 30 people were waiting for food to arrive (first batch was gone). Hats off to front counter reception (Davni) who helped us with an Uber ride.
