This hotel did not accept my AmEx which left me in a bad situation. I had to get a last minute hotel. Very disappointed

Let me just say this was a last minute find. Leaving Miami Gardens somewhere to lay our heads . The gentlemen in the office was pelt and respectful. The Ac was pumping cold air when we walked in. The efficiency was clean and the beds weren’t bad. The only thing is the pool closed at 8:00 also the Ice don’t work but there’s a store in walking distance.

If you just need a place to chill, it’s okay. There’s nothing spectacular about it as it’s run-down. There’s a reason, it’s the price it is. The hold stays on for a while also. I checked out on Sunday and it is now Friday and I still have $100 pending.

Did not get what we paid for, it was advertised as 2 queen bed but the beds were smaller than that. Not the nicest place.

旅客真實評論

4/10 一般般

The staff were so sweet and my absolute favorite part of the stay. That being said the room photos are definitely AI spruced and the room itself was far from a space I’d spend another $180 a night for.

2/10 不太好

Didn’t like broken door sliding lock, stained and dirty covers on bed, bathroom toilet had baby seat, light fixture had no cover and grass hadn’t been cut in a while. Likes are air conditioning works great. Never again!

旅客真實評論

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous. Great option for a pre-cruise or pre-flight stay. Not a great place for family with children though; with little to no accommodations or activities for kids.
旅客真實評論

2/10 不太好

The room was dirty, pillow case with dirt on it, broken faucet handle, mold on the shower ceiling, air conditioner leaking. The room was in need of thorough cleaning and a few upgrades.
