"Had such a good time! The staff was so fun, entertaining and interacted so well with us. Room was super clean! We had Kevin P. as our concierge and he was so attentive! He would text us every morning and look for us to see if we had any questions! He also went out his way to book a reservation for us every night! "

"It was beautiful my family and i enjoyed every restaurant all inclusive and our swim up suite was super. When we got there we where welcomed with champagne and my daughter with her slime drink. Chanel went above and beyond to make our stay very easy and helped my daughter's birthday vacation and all characters events the best experience. Ramon he worked at the beach area and at the aquatic water park he went above and beyond expectations he spoiled us.thw ice-cream place was our daily 2 or 3 tines my daughter loved getting her ice-cream and us our coffee and donuts "
"This was our 3rd year going to Majestic Elegance and each year we always say we are going back. All of the staff is fantastic! Our butler Dario is AWESOME! Food is always good. Definitely try the Hibachi, Italian and the French restaurants. Club side is always a good decision, if not traveling with kids. For the golfers, the Punta Blanca golf course is in really good condition and the staff there is extremely nice and helpful. Definitely worth checking this resort out! "
