"Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived very friendly and attentive to all our requests. We especially loved the pool and spa experience, which made our stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Rosana, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a fantastic birthday celebration at the hotel. The food was okay but could be improved; however, overall, our experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay."

"I’ve stayed at the Royal Plaza several times and it’s always very good. The room we had was spacious, with a good size balcony and very clean, plus the bathroom is big with space to put your toiletries. The only thing is, there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room
