The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)

The hotel is nice, lacks personality mainly in the food and restaurants. The furniture is cheap Kave home not to a 5 star hotel standard. The price for me is to high for what they offer. The main thing is the so called Micheline star restaurant. There is non. Food was very oily and never to a star standard. Overall a 3 out of 5 good place for 1 night if you have kids but if it’s for a romantic couple weekend look elesewhere.

Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich).

The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children.

Dejligt hotel

Rigtig god beliggenhed direkte på stranden. Fri afbenyttelse af strandhåndklæder var dejligt. God plads ved poolen trods højsæson. Fitnessfaciliteter var meget gode. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Aftensmad (buffet) var meget dyr i forhold til hvad man fik. Gode parkeringsmuligheder på gaden uden for weekenden.

10 out of 10!! Excellent food, perfect and super friendly service, great refurb. Big thanks to all the teammembers - it is not easy after a re-opening to such a great job. One thing: the access from the beach to the resort should be controlled, we noticed people from outside using the hotel facitilities, could also be a safety issue.

Wir haben 11 Tage im Sarena de Muro verbracht und waren insgesamt mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine elegante und ruhige Atmosphäre, das Personal war freundlich und die Lage direkt an der Playa de Muro ist wunderschön. Wir möchten auch einige konstruktive Anmerkungen hinterlassen. Das DeluxeZimmer war minimalistisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings waren die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für zwei Personen während eines 11-tägigen Aufenthalts etwas knapp bemessen. Der Kleiderschrank war nur etwa 60 cm breit, zudem war darin auch das Bügelbrett verstaut. Im Restaurant Biniterra (Halbpension) war das Frühstück gut, allerdings war das Angebot jeden Tag praktisch identisch. An der Brotstation gab es nur ein Messer zum Schneiden des Brotes, weshalb dort regelmäßig eine Warteschlange entstand. Außerdem waren nicht alle Speisen mit Schildern zu Name und Inhaltsstoffen versehen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die freundliche und engagierte Unterstützung von Andreea an der Rezeption. Sie hat uns viele sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Ausserdem sind wir der Meinung, dass es gut wäre, im Hotel, Informationen für Touristen über die Posidonia Oceanica an der Playa de Muro bereitzustellen. Viele Urlauber halten diese Meerespflanze fälschlicherweise für „schmutzige Algen“, obwohl sie in Wirklichkeit ein äußerst wichtiger Bestandteil des mediterranen Ökosystems ist.

Stayed in suite: strange & cheap furnishing, very limited storage space, bed linen changed just once a week (only after our request), very limited choice of TV channels. The only lift in our block 3 was broken for last 4 days out of our 7 days stay. We paid for half board: breakfasts are just adequate, buffet dinners are terrible - we had to eat in restaurants outside this hotel. I don't think we will ever be back there again.
