"Very convenient location close to city square. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were also able to store our luggage here when going to Machu Picchu. "
"This was an excellent hotel. The facilities and staff were above and beyond. The included buffet breakfast was incredible.
We also used the spa which was phenomenal.
Would recommend this to everyone "
"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was great—the room was clean, spacious, and even had a balcony with a beautiful view. The bathroom had a powerful fan and a strong shower, which, based on my experience, is rare in Peru.
Additionally, the hotel provided breakfast bags on both days when we had to leave early (around 6:00 AM) for tours, which was a thoughtful touch."
"This is a beautiful elegant hotel with an old world feel and quietly blended with all the modern amenities for today’s guests. There are several quiet nooks and patios scattered in the hotel that made me wish I had all the time in the world just to sit in each for a few hours. Everyone here is kind and thoughtful. We would definitely come back to Cusco and stay here again"
