Chambre magnifique spacieuse et bien décorée, bouilloire et le nécessaire pour faire du thé ou du café,a côté de la Gare de la Spezia centrale en 2 min pour aller au 5 terres et 1h de Pise en train Le seul bémol est la vue sur la rue très très passante et bruyante a toute heure, dommage 😭 Hote très sympathique et réactive

3 nuits a la Spezia
Chambre agréable, très bien placée. Arrivée compliqué car pas d'accueil. Pas de service de petit déjeuner mais café a l'angle de la rue très bien. Chambre propre et décoration agréable. Bien équipée. Dommage qu'il y ait de fortes odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain.

We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!

The room was clean but not very spacious. There wasn't a lot of room to unpack your things. In addition, the fridge wasn't working. We had to contact the owner to find the place; we couldn't find it on our own. The location is convenient b/c very close to train station but it's a busy area.

Sentral og moderne leilighet.
Oppusset rom med fint bad. Hyggelig vert som var tilgjengelig og hjalp da vi hadde problemer med aircondition. Sengen var hard, kjøleskapet var ikke kaldt i det hele tatt. Leiligheten lå sentralt med kort avstand til både gågaten og togstasjonen

Perfect room in La Spezia.
This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights. It is the perfect location for exploring La Spezia and the surrounding areas. Right outide the train station and right in the heart of La Spezia. The room was spacious and also had a balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. We had a great stay.

Zentral in Bahnhofsnähe und zur Fußgängerzone, die Einrichtung war neuwertig und zweckmäßig, aber etwas klein. Zur Straße hin gelegen, was aber dank der Schallschutzfenster kein größeres Problem darstellte.

Ubicación inmejorable. A pasos de estación del tren y zona de restaurantes y tiendas por dónde todos se mueven para ir al área del puerto. Servicio excelente de la anfitriona. El día 31 de diciembre nos sorprendió con una botella de vino espumoso y chocolates. Muy bonito detalle. Buena seguridad para accesar apartamento por nuestra cuenta. Todo muy bien planificado y fácil. Área con llave para guardar equipaje. Zona tranquila cerca de farmacia, tienda conveniencia, supermercado, etc. Altamente recomendado

Perfekt läge, nära till tågstationen och lätt att hitta. Jättefint rum m sköna sängar och mycket fräscht badrum. Enda man kanske kan klaga på är att det var mycket ljud från vägen. Men skulle ändå rekommendera detta boende!
