1/10 Looks like the pictures was taken 20 years ago. It’s dirty. Clearly hasn’t been clean right in years. Bed is uncomfortable. Ac don’t work well. Didn’t stay the second night because of how just nasty is was and they refused to give me any of my money back.

Overall it was just a little ran down. Out tv remote was broken. Both water slides are usable but need work. We had to unplug either the tv or refrigerator in order to plug in the microwave when ever we wanted to use it.

Stay somewhere else

Pictures online look much better than in person. Entering the room it has a strange smell that eventually disappated. The sheet they zip the mattress with was stained. The jets in the tub was black. Before we left we saw a roach crawling across the floor in our room. The one and only roach we saw or we wouldve left much sooner. The pool was extremely cloudy and dirty. The price was way too much for what we got. Very disappointed!

Both pools were a shad of green. Indeed of a deep clean really bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Carpets dirty. You had to go all the way into the lobby to get ice. Will not ever be stay there again. The only thing worked right was the internet.

The tub was rotten and had crack in it, the shower head was hanging out of the wall. Couldn’t take a comfortable shower because of how low the shower head hung down. Had to be careful where you stepped in the tub or you’d get your door cut open my fiberglass. The water would go from comfortable to blistering hot then to freezing cold all within a matter of seconds. Booked this place because my mom used to take us there as kids and it was nice but not no more. Will not be returning!

Never again.

This place hasn't seen a paintbrush or hammer in a decade. Extremely run down. Chose this place solely for the pools and slides. Conditions were abismal, and a few things downright dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. The ceiling of the indoor pool looks covered in black mold. The timbers holding the stairs and ramp to the indoor slide are rotten to the core. This place is just waiting to be shut down.

Very unpleasant

The AC in the first room we were given was not working which in 90° temps the room was not only hot but the smell was unbearable. The second room was not much better, it smelled awful but the AC was cold. Carpet was filthy … bath towels were very small and there were only two. One small packet of soap and one small shampoo was all the amenities the room offered. Outside noise was loud and continued almost all night. Traffic was really bad and it took quite a while just to exit parking lot. The pool was never clear and wouldn’t let children swim because it was gross. The restroom for pool area was not clean and had trash all over the floor. I now know why this room was reasonably priced and that is the only way they can lure unsuspecting families who are visiting on a budget. ITS NOT WORTH THE FEW DOLLARS YOU’LL SAVE.

The first room had no bathroom light, no phone in the room. The smell in the room was horrible. It took your breath. They switched my room however it was not much better. There was no chairs to sit in, only the bed which was not comfortable. The flat worn out pillows were horrible. The dirty bath tub . I will never stay in this place again and would never recommend it to anyone

You get what you pay for.

Went for the weekend and wanted to be to stay on budget. We chose this location bc of the pool areas and it was in a good location. Definitely recommend reading reviews. Pros: staff was very nice. The building looked good and checking in wasn’t bad either. They do have a good concept and good location. I did enjoy the simplicity of it and how laid back the environment was there. Also, the other guests were very friendly and down to earth. The fridge and microwave was very clean. Cons: the room could have used a little dining table or something in that sort so my children could have somewhere to sit down and eat instead of the beds and using the side table. Shower had no water pressure and wouldn’t stay a steady temperature. I almost burned myself and had to assist my children so they didn’t get burned by the water. Toilet struggled with flushing. I did find a dead roach MASHED into the wall. I cleaned it off the best I could but he really became one with the wall. (Glad I had Lysol and Lysol wipes) Never saw any live ones or anymore carcasses. Light fixture was showing junction box in bathroom. Beds wasn’t bad but they wasn’t that great either. Overall it was an average to low quality stay.

I have stayed here many times over the years, this stay was my first time since last year and I can say this property has went down hill. I will never be back. The pool was dirty- it was greenish; bugs, leaves, and the indoor slide had a broken beam- the property staff even after telling them about the broken slide they did not close/shut down the slide. The room my family and I stayed in smelt like dog pee and had three softball size holes in it. The shower did not work properly; no towels (even after requesting some; property staff told us; sorry they are dirty and ran out of laundry soap!!) The beds were nasty; another guest said she had been there 5 days and she had bites all over her arm/legs/feet- she said she is not sure what they are from… If you are still here I am sure you’re following me and know where the bites are from!! Needless to say we packed up prior to staying that one night; and had to buy another hotel- Riverchase would not offer refund- anything even after telling them the situation. Nothing was offered!! Had to come back and check out Sunday! If you want to do yourself and your family a favor; save your money and pay extra and enjoy your stay!! Pictures posted are a scam and fake!??
