Have not faced such a terrible service before. When I booked an apartment cause of emergency, Expedia did not assign us a unit number. And when we went there they won’t tell us the unit number either. Only guards were there and they looked clueless. When I contacted Expedia support for help, both Expedia and I tried to call the number provided for the windsor apartment, but no one will pick. Tried this for 2 hours no help at all. Had to go back and look for another hotel in such a terrible situation worse we won’t even get refunded.
