Next time call the fro t desk
I have been staying at River Bend for at least 6 years or more maybe. I only stay in the hotel I have no idea about the Casino or restaurants. My last visit was less than relaxing. I mentioned the horrible noise coming from another persons room and it was almost all night. They said no one else has said anything which I really find hard to believe but whatever. I did not call down to the front desk as when I have done that before at other hotels nothing has been done. I thought about going to their room personally and telling them to turn down their music. It was horrible!!! The lady at the front desk told me I should have called down because they would have done something about it. So if you stay here and have issues call the front desk!
