Cool place to stay
I was there for a swim meet in Midleburry. Convenient and not too far. Fun fact, they have the oldest functioning elevator in the US. Make sure to try it!

It's a historic hotel, so if you're traveling with young kids and need/want all of the amenities that someplace like a Hampton Inn or other chain hotel provides (free hot breakfast buffet, pool, etc...) this isn't the place. But it's a really cool place and the staff was great. Room was very comfortable.

I saw virtually no one during my stay except at breakfast this morning (the clean up person at the end). I did say hello to the cleaning woman. It would have been nice to receive a welcome from someone. There was never anyone at the front desk.

I loved the quaintness of this inn. I felt safe in my beautiful room. Most notably, Brandon is the perfect spot for an exploration of Vermont. You’re within driving distance of Burlington, Woodstock, Stowe, and Middlebury. I loved my stay, and will definitely be back!!

We went there in December. The hotel was too cold. They say they give breakfast but nobody would call it breakfast. The good thing is that they have coffee in the lobby and the hotel is pet friendly.

We found this hotel very sweet and cozy, though the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the space heater didn't exactly easily heat the whole room.

Manager was excellent... She was very accessible and helpful. The hotel has great charm and the town is very friendly. Be mindful that the floors are thin. I heard everything from the room above me. Try to get a top floor room if possible to avoid this.
