This cozy inn was perfectly placed in a slow paced neighborhood with many amenities nearby. With a 12hr flight delay, I was graciously allowed to check in early to my room giving me ample time to feel refreshed. For a property undergoing major renovation, this place is top notch - ESPECIALLY for the price. Clean rooms, courteous staff, close to everything. Also, they need to list that they have an iron and ironing board available - this was a bonus!!!

The property and room weren't clean and there was a bad smell in the room. I think it was a smoke smell from other rooms. It also seemed like it's used for short-term housing. As a solo traveler, I didn't feel comfortable so I didn't stay. The surrounding area is fine and the staff seemed nice but it wasn't for me.

Mattress from Hell. Urinated and unsanitary.

The room was fifthy, my boyfriend pulled covers back the covers to the bed and was hit with a pungent smell of urine and other human fluids. The bathroom floor was so dirty my flip flops would stick to the floor as I walked on it. Left in the middle of the night. Manager Chris refuse to give us a refund, stating he couldn’t smell it and perhaps we imagine the awful smell. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The place overall seemed clean. The place however was a little outdated and needs some repairs such as water stains in the bathroom. They offered amenities such as hotel toiletries and direct TV. The room also smelled kinda strange and stuffy but once the AC was turned on there seems to be no issues. Overall it wasn’t bad for the price I won’t be opposed if I needed to stay here again.
