The billing policy for this hotel is ridiculous putting a double hold on the account for the entire weekend stay for up to 10 business days it is very hard to stay at a hotel when I travel when they are monopolizing my checkbook that way

It is for a sports event, having a room available next to the arena is awesome.

Close to convention center
Not sure why they charge a “resort fee” other than that it was fine. Beds weren’t as soft as I’m used to at a Courtyard but it was in walking distance to the convention center which was perfect. We had a shower so I was disappointed bc I was looking forward to a hot bath after my long drive.

Nice, clean hotel.
Nice, clean hotel. Clean, well maintained, comfortable. Pleasant staff. Only problem was that they charged me rather than hotels.com fir the room. Had to call them when i noticed the charge on my card. They quickly found their problen and within a couple days i got it credited back to my card. I am sure it was an honedt mistake but a good reason to always check your CC statement.
