The hotel itself is good, nice restaurant and good pool. However, when going to the pool they will only give you one towel per person, so if you are going to the pool in advance of the rest of your family, you only get one towel, which makes it almost impossible to then get enough sun lingers together. There are not enough Sun loungers with umbrellas, as a great deal of space is taken up by cabanas, putting profitability over general customer service. Whenever we went to reception on various occasions, staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Rather than go out of there way to help you out, everything seemed like an inconvenience. We have stayed at various hotels in Florida and our experience here couldn’t have been more different, and not in a good way. Reception staff could do with going on a customer service course and visit other hotels to see and learn what good customer services looks like.
