Cozy, Comfy, and Cute
The room was perfect- cozy, comfortable and cute! The patio area was so peaceful in the evenings. The location is amazing for enjoying downtown Ocean Springs. The only negatives happened the morning of check out— a few people sat at the table directly beside our window and chatted loudly for 3 hours, and someone opened our door without warning an hour before check out time. Yikes!

Beautiful experience
Very nice experience - well equipped clean, modern rooms. Recommend staying any day except Mondays as most of the nice restaurants in Ocean Springs are closed that day. Staff was very helful and friendly.

Comfort plus an excellent location!
More than met our expectations! I can't say enough positive things about our stay at The Inn--The Avenue Suite in particular. The room was beautiful (as pictured,) the bed was super comfy (and I find most hotel beds too firm and uncomfortable), and the location couldn't be beat. It's a very walkable town with quaint shops/art as well as a delightful assortment of dining options for a town this size. Parking is convenient with a single space reserved per room. Walking around at night felt every safe. The drive to Biloxi is just a short distance. The complimentary coffee and waffle at the attached coffee shop were a perfect way to start our morning.

The room and inn were clean and quiet with a good location for restaurants and shopping. The breakfast included with the room was very nice. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Tune Inn was a charming room, not really a suite. There was no one to greet us so we called the number given to us and we were given instructions on Parking and the combination of the lock to the room. We were never told anything about breakfast although Expedia listed one and the establishment calls itself B&B. Later we couldn’t get the tv to work and called the number they gave us. We spoke to a person who told us she doesn’t know anything about tv and she would let the director know and he would call back. No one called us back. It seems that the owners of this establishment just doesn’t have often everything together.

This property is in the heart of down town Ocean Springs, which made us explore the place on foot. I specially like Government Street at night where music is played as you dine. New gift shops and restaurants are popping up each year so things look different each time we visit this small town. Love Ocean Springs!!!!❤️

The site is perfectly located. The decor is particularly appropriate. It is a two room inn and it is charming. Unfortunately Expedia quotes 2 queen beds in the room I stayed but there is only 1 bed. Expedia also quotes 10:00 check in but check in is at 3:00. Expedia charged me almost double than the advertised price had I booked direct with the site. It was New Years Eve so my hope is that is why. The rate at the site is more in line for the accommodations than the rate I paid.
