This can't be called hotel and hostel should be more appropriate. No amenities in room not even hanger. Not control of in-house guest as during 2am, doors still keep banging as whole building was occupied by students and keep running around in and out whole night.

Ok grubby area.

There were marks on the wall that had been filled but not painted. No bedside tables, just an office chair and 2 plastic stools ?! Grubby looking hotel, certainlt NOT like the photos. Good job it was1 night. Wouldnt book again Chinatown has gone downhill ! Very dirty area.

Anmeldelse: Hotellet ligger midt i Chinatown, hvilket skaber en både hyggelig og hektisk stemning. Beliggenheden er perfekt, tæt på metroen og med masser af liv omkring. Selve hotellet opfylder de basale behov og lover ikke mere, end det kan holde. Værelserne og faciliteterne fungerer, men stedet bærer tydeligt præg af manglende vedligeholdelse. Alt i alt et udmærket valg, hvis man søger en central base til en rimelig pris og ikke forventer luksus.

Clean with a great a/c real nice guy at the front desk on check in, a good deli for grub and coffee across the street on the corner and a short walk of 10 minutes to Little Italy, Second stay there and will go back again and park close by in a garage at 2 Division Street

The receptionist was not helpful at all and often times rude. The front door was locked on occasion. The entire hotel lobby, corridor, and rooms smelled of an odor that got my stomach sick. La chambre était globalement propre sauf la VMC qui était pleine de poussière, la cuvette des WC était cassée. Nous avons signalé ça à l’accueil mais rien n’a été fait.

The room was small, and missing basic features such as a phone, full length mirror and a good chunk of the outlets didnt work. We had to get our key card rekeyed everytime we left, and the toilet ran the entire we were there. When we brought it up to the front desk, they suggested we turn the water off if it was too loud when sleeping.

Would not recommend

The a/c kept the room cool, but it was very noisy. The cleaning products used made the room smell and caused an allergic reaction. The luggage rack was broken, and they didn't have another.

Reception staff member was inattentive on arrival, more interested in his (her?) chatting on the phone to a friend, than in checking us in. Could not accept a digital card payment. Could not provide a receipt for our credit card payment until checkout. Claimed company policy. At 1am we were woken by the same staff member and its friend talking and laughing loudly outside our room in the corridor. We suggest this employee be moved on. He/she is no good for business!! Facilities in the room were OK, but basic. Local area in which hotel is located is filthy.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Cet hôtel est un excelllent rapport qualité prix pour New York ou les logements sont assez chers. Très bien situé à côté de de plusieurs métro, de chinatown et du lower east Manhattan l hôtel n a pas de charme mais les chambres sont correctes, spacieuses, propres et les lits confortables. Je recommande vivement.

Not great

Beds were hard. Rooms were not cleaned but got new towels and made the bed once in 4 days. Hidden service charge. Key card didn’t work and had to get a new one each day.
