I planned to visit Hoi An and I booked this hotel. It turns out that it is not near Hoi An, however, I tackled the problem with Grab and the fee was cheap so it wasn’t a big deal to me. The water supply was not really that good when I took my shower, when I mentioned the stituation to the receptionist, she was really sorrowful about my situation and she offered me another complimentary night as compensation. I felt respected and warm about what she offered, but due to my schedule, I had to politely say no. They also did some extra moves which made me feel welcome, for example, helping me book a private car to Da Nang; getting me free iced lemonade while waiting for the car. Overall, my stay in the hotel is pleasant.

Quiet oasis with lovely pool
Liked the location , not too far from ancient town and they have bikes you can use or a taxi was only 40vnd. The swimming pool is lovely and free wifi works well. There is a market just across the bridge with local food, fruit and elephant pants etc. and in the other direction there is a local restaurant with a Larue sign outside that had the best and cheapest local food. The shower had good water pressure and the ac worked well. The free water bottles every day was handy too. It is hard to find because the sign outside says Oasis and it’s right there as you come across the bridge. If you give the taxi driver the actual address they can find it.

Loved hoi an here
NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS CALLED RIVERSIDE OASIS! Firstly we really did have a lovely stay and we really liked Hoi An! Great hotel, once we actually found it, it is not called hoi an village riverside boutique. We ended up asking directions and it ended up being the actual hotel (oasis). The location is a bit further away from the centre but not far by scooter or bicycle (both of which the hotel helps to get) which is good as it's quieter. Only negative was a few small ants by the sink but it is Vietnam by the river and not enough to put me off.

Staff very accommodating & great location
An excellent family venue. Great pool to cool off in. Halfway between beach and old quarter $2 taxi ride. Fantastic staff Alice is wonderfully helpful. Bike riding to beach great fun. Bikes old and staff helpful to check brakes and tyres. Came and got us on a motorbike when chain broke. We will definitely be back to relax here again
