Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Way better than your average hotel room, with friendly staff and thoughtful accommodations. Our only complaint would be that the hairdryer didn't work, and that the staff weren't quite as present as we would have liked, but were still accessible via phone/text. Snacks were always on hand in the office, and there was no hesitation to meet our needs or offer suggestions for where to eat (the K and I Inn quickly became our crew's favorite place by far). All in all, we would definitely stay at the Kingsley Suites again if ever staying in the Traverse City area.

It was nice but the beds weren't comfortable they were entirely too soft so I slept on the couch. The staff were nice and the place was nice. I would come here again and they're pet friendly.

The property is old needs a lot of updates. There is no one in the lobby to help you. Went to get a cup of coffee in the morning there was cold coffee left over from the day before. Would not recommend x Mm

We stayed for 1 night after visiting Elk Rapids. The location was convenient, the price right, it was clean except for the bathroom sink had some stains. I prefer a firm not a foam mattress. Took us awhile to figure out the light switch was not for an outside light but rather for the microwave! But when we arrived we spent about 5 sec at the desk picking up our key...easy peasy!

Would not stay there again. The front desk person was lovely, and the bathroom and TV were nice; all else is beyond dirty, and needing upgrading. Spent way too much money for the facility. There is no point in having a kitchenette if everything is too dirty to use. We had to leave our assigned room due to refrigerator malfunction, which we had to move outside to defrost. Next room only slightly better. Beds were unreasonable for such an expensive place. There was no maid service for 4 days. We took our trash to the office..
