We had a fantastic stay at IT Boutique hotel. The staff was incredible; they were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were very appreciative that they were able to accommodate our early check in request and late check out. It it steps away from Quinta Avenida yet quiet away in which we were able to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for helping make our trip enjoyable!

The property overall was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very small but it had a nice balcony and bathroom. The room was clean but no space to put anything such as clothes, shoes, etc. the pillows were very fat and uncomfortable. We asked for smaller pillows but unfortunately they did not have any. The curtain closing the sliding glass door was also broken and light would come into the room so I had to tie it with a hair tie. The property is walkable to everything including 5ta Avenida just one block away. The rooftop area is nice but not the best. The drinks were amazing though.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.

Small room in a great place

The hotel location is great: close to the beach, 38th street full of restaurants and 5th Ave. The parking is limited but we got a place. The room was very small. There is not even place for a chair or a wardrobe. The room is equipped with a TV and coffeemaker. The bed was inconvinient woth a very hard mattress. The reception staff was not much helpful. The music in the bar was loud but the receptionist turned it off at my request. Overall it's not a bad place for the money for a short stay if you don't care about a quality bed.

I've been in several hotels here recently and showers are very limited for volume and hot water. The shower was the best in a while and beyond good Elevator is exceptionally slow and I usually took the stairs. The roof top area has a lot of different entertainment through the week and weekends. The guests leave via the stairs and late night conversations when they walked down were an everyday occurrence seem to occurance. No consideration for guests with the late night roof parties. Not one towel rack anywhere in the room. Shower door was missing a track runner and I almost pulled the shower door into the shower. Hallways were dirty from the travelling guests down from the roof Some of the wait staff, one more than the other's not too friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Looked good but it wasn't too tasty. Dry omelettes. Coffee the worst in several months of travel. I eventually didn't eat anything there. I liked the location. Just off the beaten path yet close to everything. Reasonable value.
