So when i booked the room i booked a kind size bed with smoking, it was just 2 adults that were staying. During check in we had a bit of trouble, they didnt have a room like i booked available due various reasons, ac problems, room hadnt been clean, ect. So they offered me a suite however that would have cost over an additional $100.00 in taxes, fees, and deposit, or they could put in a double queen bed room for no additional cost. I chose the ladder of the two options when got in the room we quickly realized the ac unit was working very effectively. We trued shutting it off and tried to open the window for a cool breeze, that when we noticed that there was no screen innthe window and there was dierct easy access to out side or into our room. We closed the window and turned on ac you unit and toughed out. There were 5 lights in the room including a reading lamp, the lamp and 2 of the other lights would not turn on.

Staff was good but place needs to be remodeled.Whole place smells like a dirty rug.No cable.TVs are confusing to get any major channels.Sad.

Very poor check in procedures. Room had deteriorated furniture.. Light switch didn’t work on entry the room. Faucet leaked. Curtain at window needed repair. Room felt dirty. No pillowcases home pillows. Carpet was in poor repair in hallways and bedroom. Overall the whole day was barely livable. Do not recommend this being on your list of hotels for travelers. Parking lot needed lots of repairs yardwork was horrendous.

A Hidden Gem

Lori, Amanda & Cash were the best. Friendly, Accommodating, and Respectful During our stay, we witnessed the owner berate the staff and curse at a client. If it weren't for the staff, I would give this hotel no stars, and the Owner should know not to treat people that way!

The hotel is way outdated dirty and the driveway/parking lot is full of huge potholes They dont offer breakfast anymore and the hot tub has been out of service for years Pool was gross looking But the front desk lady was really sweet

The service took forever to get checked in even though i booked earlier then just arriving. I was charged by the 3rd party and the hotel, also was hit with a 100 cash deposit. Which 9.32 was returned. When entering the room we noticed there was no fitted aheet on the bed, no plug for the jacuzzi tub, as well as no remote for the tv, Had to wait over an hour for a remote to be brought to the room. Later we noticed trash in the drawers for our clothes, and while showing we noticed some stains all over the wash cloths.

The room was not clean. No telling how long since the carpet had been vacuumed. There were two large spiders in the shower. And there was no blanket on the bed at all. A sheet and the comforter, which is usually the dirtiest thing in the room because they're never washed.

When checking in was given a queen bed. My reservation was for a king size bed. The room needed deep cleaned!! My husband got out of bed and cut his leg on the bed. We purchased food for 2 nights placed in frig and found out it wasnt working. So food went bad. Hall way smelled of weed, pool was down. Definitely will not return.
