There wasn't any heat in the lobby or halls the lobby bathrooms were out of service. The coffee creamer was curdled. I asked for a extra blanket and never recieved it.

Under renovation
We didn't know the hotel was under renovation until after i booked us and our friends in 2 rooms. Our room was ok but our friends said theirs was obviously still in need of renovation. Bathroom was grungy, carpet faded. I would have chosen a different hotel had i known.

This really sucks
Up north for fall colors and made a one night reservation. Check in time is after 3 pm. Arrived at the motel at 7:30 pm tired after driving all day looking at the fall colors and was told my room was not ready and to come back in a couple hours. Came back at 9:30 pm and the room was finally ready. That really sucks

This property needs to be shut down!! That’s all that needs to be said. I’ve been lied to from “management” about who is the “manager” in attempt to hide themselves from resolving the issues while staying here. I have pictures, videos of proof as well as other guest complaints. Everyone needs to be aware to not stay here and I will not stop until I am refunded and the property is shut down.

Rooms were dirty, no hot water to shower , coffee by front desk garbage was full at 7 am lid to garbage can was filthy, I was not empress what so ever, the up keep is terrible!

When I saw Wyndham as the property owner I didn’t bother to check the reviews. Huge Mistake! I can’t believe Wyndham would want their name on the building. I can’t speak poorly enough about this place. Disgusting! I can send pictures. I will be sending information to the local health department too.

Man who checked us in was unprofessional, took a good 45 minutes. He told us he had no rooms because the entire staff didnt show up. And we prepaid and did online check in to save time. Still took forever. And the wifi didnt work

Very Disappointed
The hotel was very run down. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The ceiling in the room was peeling and the bathtub did not hardly drain. The toilet you had to hold down the handle until all the water was completely empty for it to flush. no cups for the coffee pot were left only 2 packs of decaf coffee. No blow dryer in the bathroom. No ice bucket or glasses and no Kleenex and a quarter roll of toilet paper. The hot tub did not have water in it either. On a positive the bed did seem clean. It was a place to sleep for the night. Will not be staying here again.

Nasty nasty hotel
This was by far the worst room i have ever stayed in. the sheets were not changed after the last person cheched out if you can believe that. The toilet leaked and the overall hotel was filthy to a point you didn't want touch anything!! A real zero on a scale of 1 to 5.

Room and overall hotel is unkept and dirty. Room floor appeared unswept with a layer of dust on everything. Our room had an unwelcome gift of diarrhea in the toilet. Drain in the tub was plugged and took a long time to completely drain after a shower. Also the ceiling in the bathroom had a huge water stain and crack in the drywall from a leak.
