Fantastic location, price, staff

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was clean and a really good size. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot The staff looked after us very well, nothing was too much trouble. Helped us book a decent motorbike / airport taxi. The location is great, only a couple of minutes walk from the night market and plenty of shops and cafe Will stay here again if we return

Good, comfortable

This is a pretty nice place. We stayed in two different rooms: the second floor ones which had interior wood wall panels and the first floor with painted walls. We appreciated the screens on windows which is very rare in Las/SE Asia. Showers could use some curtains but at least water didn't splash too much all over the place. The rooms were always cleaned and wifi was really strong and reliable. Coffee is available 24/7 on the second floor balcony. The only gripe I have about this place is that the female staff is pretty loud starting really early in the morning. Other than that the staff is nice, welcoming and helpful.

Très bien situé, modeste mais très agréable surtout là gentillesse de Mi, qui nous a tout bien organisé comme on voulait avec en plus l'agréable surprise d'une chambre triple à la place de la double qu'on avait réservé.

Newly opened Guesthouse

Newly acquired by Jimmy. He and his staff are polite, helpful and accommodating. The guesthouse had good facilities and is close to the markets and temples. Plenty of minibus drivers nearby offering good prices for excursions. There's also a handy mini-mart nearby. One thing we did find was that the street outside becomes a little noisy first thing in the morning but this didn't really disturb us too much and wouldn't put us off staying in the future.
