Absolutely diabolical,Freezing cold boiler didnt work so no heating or hot water, beds unmade and food left in one, sheets and pillow cases were not changed.Toilet had a poo floating in it.Had to pay £100 deposit still trying to get it back after 6 weeks they wont answer calls or reply to emails.I would avoid at all costs they are in my eyes thieves .Hotels.com are not interested in the issues once they have your money. Worst place I've ever stayed at in my 30 years travelling around the world
