Alaskan hospitality at its finest.
When you are traveling in remote Alaska - Denali are is remote Alaska - there are not too many options. When you are traveling in the off-season, winter really, pretty much no options at all. Everyone is closed. Aurora Denali Logde is there for you. Even better, they are providing a nice, clean place, true Alaska hospitality. Board games and books? check. Neatly packed little breakfast in the fridge? Check. Parking? Power for block heater? Check. And thank you Aby for being so welcoming at the reception when we checked in. This time we went for only 1 night but we will be back fro many more!

Visiting Denali
Comfortable place to stay while visiting Denali. Easy to get to the road to the park. Mattress seemed a bit worn but slept alright. Satellite dish worked fine the first night in good weather, but unusable the next with light to moderate rain. Room had a fridge and micro which was very much appreciated. Basic breakfast available which was also nice to have. Would stay there again if visiting.

Great, basic, comfy choice!
Quiet, clean, comfortable place that provides a breakfast bowl of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and a cereal bar- all of which they put in your fridge while you’re out. A heavier breakfast can be had within walking distance, but we were satisfied with the bowl. Only under 20 minutes from Denali NP- easy drive and several other dinner options nearby.

Well kept property with nice and helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and instant oatmeal available in the lobby. In addition, they provide you with breakfast to-go which was very inviting to start your day. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and the room was kept warm. Would stay here again.

Dated facility but was clean. The heater did not work in our room. Would turn up the thermostat but nothing happens. There was no extra blanket in the closet in case guests were cold. Very thin blanket on the beds so we were cold while sleeping. When we checked out, we mentioned the heater did not work to the cleaning crew. They said in the summer they turn the heaters off. Why?? Summer temperatures in alaska can change rapidly and also rain. It's very inconsiderate to turn heaters off for all guests. At the very least, provide a warm blanket in the closet for when guests get cold.
