No elevator. Therefore, not for elderly patrons.
I called to make certain alll was well s since I was arriving so late. When I arrived, I was told there was no elevators and my room would be on the 2nd floor. 26 steps and 26 steps down. I ended up cancelling my stay. I would not be able to make flight up and down with my leg problem. I suppose this hotel is not for the elderly. Also, it is illegal not to have an elevator especilally due the ADA. Americans with Dissabities Act.

I was put on the 4th floor, the first room they wanted me to see looked like somebody was just laying in the bed, the chairs etc looked very dirty. My room keys weren’t working had to get it changed about 3 times. Asked for linen change & they said I have to come downstairs. There was no proper room service.

We had a severe storm which knocked out our power with the temperature near 100 so we booked 2 rooms through expedia. When we arribed at the hotel, the only employee said she wouldnt honor our reservation beacuse the ele ator didnt work and the electric key cards didnt work and she wasnt walking to let everyone in their room by herself. Now Im fighting to get my money back and had to file a claim. Terrible!!! Never go here

The property was a nightmare. From loud doors slamming all night. Dirty stains on the bed linen. I asked could they be changed, the front desk told me I needed to bring my dirty towels that I had bled and already on the floor to walk on -due to no house shakes or socks. That is the most insane not most but extremely uncompromising when I paid my money and then have to bring my own towels and sheets through the entire hotel outside and in front of other people. Terrible service but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend for a higher quality of standards do not book. Only last resort if you MUST.

Systems were down no elevators no key cards for your room. Was super dirty furniture in room was busted up. The girl working the desk that night was super nice and apologetic I felt bad for her. She had to guess which rooms were clean and which were occupied. They even walked into our room late that night forgetting we were in there This was $160 a night room that was worth maybe $40. Never again
