I stayed for a weekend with my daughter. Our room was spacious and bright with very comfortable beds and pillows and very quiet and private. The attached bath very nice. Breakfast was great, the location was great (a block from the boardwalk, beach and bands). The hosts were great and we felt spoiled and pampered. Great attention was given to every detail. We loved it and would recommend this bed and breakfast.

The owners at Dennison Street Inn obviously make cleanliness and guest comfort a priority, and the vintage details give everything an air of luxury. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoors, but the garden was well cared for and would have been an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or tea. It was more intimate than other vacation stays I've booked--like staying with extremely hospitable relatives.

Post Pandemic Girl Trip
Jodie was amazing and treated us like family. The house was warm, inviting, comfortable and everything I expected and more. My Bestie and I can’t wait to return and spend more time chatting it up with Jodie and drinking in her knowledge and wisdom in that beautiful front porch! I feel so blessed to have added her to my life. She’s an amazing chef and the Reisling was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Dennison Street Inn. Jodi took care of every detail to make sure we enjoyed our visit. She provided great breakfasts, afternoon cookies, and pre-evening appetizers. All were delicious. Our room was so comfortable, we were tempted to just relax rather than explore the town. But Jodi told us about interesting places to visit and provided a golf cart so we could leisurely drive around. We are already planning our next visit to Dennison Street B&B.

Best Birthday Ever
Our trip to Dennison Street Inn was amazing. Jodi made my birthday so very special with a birthday wish on the wall, flowers in the room and a special birthday treat. Jodi graciously volunteered to drive us to the drugstore on her golf cart for something I needed and gave us a tour of the area. Our breakfast was delicious. The Inn is beautiful. Charles and Brenda

Dennison Street Inn is a very charming and meticulously maintained property. My husband, son and I spent two nights and can’t say enough about what a lovely time we had. From the moment we stepped out of our car to the moment we left Jodi, John, and Jeremy catered to our every need and were very accommodating, kind, and professional. We looked forward every morning to our gourmet breakfast and every afternoon to our 5:00 o’clock appetizers (shrimp cocktail, humus, French onion dip, and chips and salsa — all homemade). Jodi is a fantastic cook, extremely generous, and really cares about her guests. The team was a wealth of information and answered all of our questions. John even gave us his personal big spray before we went for a hike at Westmoreland park. We were provided with bicycles and beach chairs and towels at no extra charge. And we had a fun time riding around town in the golf cart. It was a fantastic stay and we look forward to going back soon!

I loved it all beautiful home room was the best I ever been. Bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Got breakfast delivered every morning on time. I could go on and on about this bed and breakfast. So much good stuff to say I'm wowed at this wonderful place. I will be coming back every year we loved this place they take very good care of you here. We had a wonderful time staying at the Denison Bed and Breakfast! We were pampered and loved and felt very much at home. It’s a beautiful place and I strongly recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Colonial Beach. Make sure to order the bacon with you breakfast, my mouth is still watering for more! 😍

Beautiful home, awesome rooms and amazing staff.
My wife and I spent out honeymoon here. The owners Jodie and John were amazing hosts. Their home is immaculate with not only beautiful classic décor throughout but all the modern amenities one could ask for. A penchant for every detail, the inn keepers make your stay an experience you won't forget. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. We intend to visit again--this place is that good.
