Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up.

There is no hotel here to check in and we had to cancel our whole plan
Waited for more then 5 hours to look for another motel from Expedia end but no reservation booked
and head back home with 6 hour drive in the night and cancelled our next day plan at Mount Hunter NY

Travelocity allowed me to book a room here when hotel was closed for the season. We got here and it was closed. That should never happen.

Reserved a room for the 25th of September through Expedia. Showed up from 3 hours away to check in and the place was closed for the season and we had to scramble to find another place stay. Not sure if this was Expedia’s fault or the resorts for not taking their listing off of expedia. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!

We stayed in room 1 last night and it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all no one was there to help with check in when we arrived at 8.20 pm so we had to call to get the room assigned. The the fact that the rooms were unlocked made us wonder who else could have been in there before us. When we went to bed we noticed that one of the beds smelled really bad - as if someone peed the bed - and the sheets were wet. We even laid down before we noticed that is wasn't just a smell but actually pee. We were lucky to get another room when we called. However both rooms had big spiders in the corners and were not thoroughly cleaned which we find unacceptable for the 212 USD we paid. Let us know if you need us to send pictures. Had it not been for the fact that we got another room assigned last night we would have had to sleep on the floor and we would have expected to be reimbursed 100%. Therefore we ask you to reimburse us 75% as this was definitely not what we expected. How should we proceed for the reimbursement?
