Très en deçà de ce que nous avions imaginé!

Les chambres sont très belles. Cependant cela ne fait pas tout. La disponibilité d’un seul Petit, gel douche et shampooing est franchement ridicule surtout lorsqu’on est deux et que l’on peut espérer prendre une douche en arrivant à l’hôtel et également le matin. Serait-ce un geste écologique ? Non pas du tout, car à chaque fois que vous prenez une douche, le lac Powel se vide tellement la pression de l’eau est forte! Serviette oubliée sur le lit, mais restée en boule une fois le lit fait. Un seul ascenseur opérationnel pour tout l’hôtel. Seulement deux machines à laver et sèche-linge, autant dire qu’il a été impossible de faire une machine car cette occupé en permanence sans compter qu’il n’y a aucune monnaie à l’accueil ni lessive, débrouillez-vous pour aller en acheter chez Walmart! Le coût du spectacle, c’est le petit déjeuner avec ta machine à jus de fruits en panne, et surtout la guerre pour trouver une table disponible où vous jeter sur n’importe quel canapé de l’accueil pour pouvoir respirer petit déjeuner tranquillement, des familles attendent désespérément qu’une place se libère. Honteux! Je pense que je ne retournerai jamais dans cette chaîne d’hôtels.

A pleasant day apart from the breakfast

Really nice hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. My one criticism would be the breakfast that was included. The breakfast was ultra processed, very cheap ingredients, a number of items like orange juice were not available as the machine was broken. I ended up having two bananas and an apple. To anyone booking this hotel, I would recommend they get breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants.

Hôtel très décevant

Hôtel qui semble récent mais qui tombe en ruine! 1 ascenseur en panne, salle de petit petit-déjeuner sale et inadaptée pour le nombre de clients. Piscine extérieure à la couleur douteuse. Porte extérieure non fermée donc accès à l'hôtel à tout le monde. Dans la chambre : pas de rideau de douche, baignoire bouchée, pas de produits de douche/shampoing... climatisation ultra bruyante et moquette crasseuse. Petite cerise sur le gâteau personnel ultra désagréable et d'une lenteur insupportable au petit dejeuner (qui lui aussi ne fait pas exception avec machine à jus de fruits et fontaine à eau HS, réapprovisionnement très lent en cas de forte influence) bref passez votre chemin cet hôtel est ultra décevant

Hotel mal situé : d’un coté on voit le golf au loin mais de l’autre et à proximité directe : une centrale électrique!! Personnel a l’accueil froid. On a l’impression de les déranger. Petit déjeuner sans boisson froide car le distributeur était en panne depuis plusieurs jours semble t’il…pas d’eau, on vous dit d’aller à la fontaine au bout d’un couloir… La chambre : climatisation hyper bruyante (on aurait dit qu’un camion circulait dans la chambre). Des faux cils collés sur la porte de la salle de bain, ça en dit long sur la façon de faire le ménage dans la chambre. Franchement, ni la situation ni le personnel et encore moins le complexe ne sont à la hauteur du prix demandé. Les photos sont retouchées au max et je ne crois pas une seconde à la validité de beaucoup d’avis renseignés. Si je faisais le tour des clients présents au petit dejeuner pour collecter leur avis, on serait loin d’accorder la moyenne à cet établissement. Franchement, sur notre voyage aux US de 15 jours, on a plutôt été satisfaits de nos choix d’hotels sauf pour celui-ci!
