Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations. Since they were not prepared for us the rooms were not ready. Neither place has reception area. Reception area is only for customers who are buying a condo unit. The manager informed me that the place is an APARTMENT not a HOTEL and therefore does NOT provide amenities including towels or TOILET PAPER!!!! No housekeeping!!!. Elevator did not work the whole stay. There's a fee to use the fitness center. I have to contact the manager on her cell phone if there's any issue and she is not on site. I have paid an outrageous amount for his place to have experienced such a horrible accomodation
