Terrible service
Clean and nice room The service is terrible. The portion of the breakfast are very small. I was supposed to received instruction to get to my room that I never received, I sent an email to the manager at 9pm and I never get an answer. When I call, it took a long time to have someone that could answer me, and they told me that there is no code on the door, but there is one. They told me that they cannot hold a bad securely for the day for me.

On out way to Saratoga we got a call asking if we would change locations from this one, Brunswick B&B, to Union Gable which was just down the block. The person speaking to us said it was an upgrade but the room seemed the same. Anyway the Gable was lovely and charming. The couple who worked the morning were helpful and friendly. My husband and I were a bit disappointed in the person who welcomed us. There are no 24/7 staff on hand and he told us to text him if we needed anything. At night we returned to our room about 9:00 and text him that the remote battery for the fireplace was dead. He never responded and our room got a bit chilly during the night. That aside, the place was lovely.

I had to change the dates of my reservation last minute, and after reaching out directly to The Brunswick they were very accomodating and made the change. Breakfast was incredible and the variety of gluten-free options was a huge bonus! The staff was very pleasant. It was quiet and we felt safe. Parking was easy and it was just a short drive to the local shops and restaurants. These aren't deal breakers for us but may be for others: the king sized bed was two twin mattresses pushed together and not super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was ok, but not great. The tv channel selection was terrible. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and were happy with the accommodations. No complaints to management! A great place to book if you aren't planning to spend a ton of time in the room.

I thought everything about it was perfect for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, cookies and sweet rolls being available was nice, woman serving breakfast helpful…and busy…breakfast was nice and freshly cooked Wish I’d been in room 2 with a bit more room. We really enjoyed our stay, cute, clean room and we had a private balcony-the parking situation is very tight-We parked on a side street and the weather was nice so not a big deal. It could pose a problem if it was a Winter visit. Full breakfast was very good!

Well maintained property. The room was quaint and comfortable. Home cooked breakfast with several options to choose from. Self-check in was odd in that we saw no one on property upon arrival, but when we quickly noticed an issue with the tv, we texted the number we had and someone responded immediately and fixed the problem while we were out. Walkable to Saratoga race track and it was fun to watch the horses train on the morning.

What a beautiful stay and adventure! Our room was lovely!!!!!It was bright and cheery! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sarah was awesome and amazing! We were welcomed as family! A happy and wonderful experience. Breakfast was a full menu and delicious! I am making this my home away from home special stay while traveling to Saratoga Springs NY! I rate this place as a 10 plus! Thank you Sarah for all your excellent hospitality and service.

The room was not at all as pictured in the photos. I requested 2 queen beds, Instead we had a queen and a twin. We self checked in at 8pm. In the tea and water area there qwere no glasses or mugs to make tea. The room was musty with poor ventilation. We were on the ground floor and it had street traffic sounds.
