Excelente opción de hotel

El concepto del hotel está excelente, limpio, muy buena calidad de comida y bebida, áreas comunes muy cuidadas, solo vimos una disminución en la calidad de servicio, en todo lo que tiene que ver con recepción, el personal de estacionamiento, recepción privilege y tours se ve fastidiado y contrasta mucho con la buena actitud del resto del personal

Solid 6 out of 10! The location is great, the staff is all super friendly, we had a lovely week doing next to nothing and it was just right! Pros: Melvin the bartender at the swim-up bar was awesome! Our room was comfortable and had direct access to the family pool area which was amazing - literal direct walkout access to the pool, twenty steps from our door. The lobby was clean, the buffet had great options, everyone seemed friendly and it felt very safe. Cons: The Daisy rooms look a little run down, with lots of rust and just sort of dingy spots. The beach was all but eroded which wasn't a big deal because we spent most of our time in the family pool area. The shows were basically non-existent. I didn't like that the front desk turfs you to a H10 Club/Upgrade Salesperson upon check in - not a fan of the hard sell, I just want to get to my room and start enjoying my stay. This was our second time at this resort, and I've been spoiled by other higher-end locations in the same area (Riviera Maya/Playa/Cancun), so I'm not sure I'd pick this one again. Great spot for families with small kids, but now that mine are teens, we'd probably pick something a little cleaner and classier for next time. Thanks for everything!

This was the first experience I’ve had at an all inclusive and first time in Mexico. I’ve always heard mixed reviews but I can truly say this place was incredible. The staff was extremely responsive and dealing with the air Canada strikes have been a pain but Felipe has been an incredible butler and I would highly recommend the privilege service for a lot of added perks. The GM Francisco Arteaga has been excellent as well and always pays attention to detail. The support of Ariz when Felipe is off is also great. Would highly recommend this place and will surely be coming back!

Unfortunately it’s just very under welcoming compared to the many resorts I visited around the area in Mexico in the years past. What you should know before booking: If you book the standard daisy suits (the ones that are the cheapest to book) you’re outside the loud kid busy swimming pool and water slide section. To enter the adult pools you need to updraft for an extra $300-$600 and it’s not even worth it since those pools are dead. The nightlife - not existent after 10pm. The club? is in the sports bar and it’s dead. My friends and I were shocked to see it was empty with bartenders and a DJ EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. It was by far the most nightly dead resort I had ever visited. We were often so bored after dinner every night we were chilling in the rooms trying to have fun at night. The food: it was EH. No grab and go food by the pools only just dine-in and the food was eh. The only grab and go option anywhere is at the cafe which is ham and cheese sandwiches, cakes, and a veggie sandwich all were terribly unflavored. If you’re hungry after dinner? Sorry there is no food past 10 so you gotta wait till breakfast

This is our second stay at this resort and we will be back again! There isn’t much of a beach/ocean experience on property in the summer, but it doesn’t bother us any. The buffet is really good. We actually prefer to eat there for most meals. My only wish is that the Mexican section would be bigger! I think the resort might be surprised at how happy guests would be with a more authentic, expansive area in the buffet for street tacos and basic Mexican cuisine. The 8:30am line for the Japanese Steakhouse is a bit obnoxious, but there are so many other options we chose to forego it. The morning reservation process through the app is very easy! We have stayed at other resorts that fill up for reservations in the first 5 minutes, but this was never a problem. Joes coffee is a gem! Samantha is the best. She remembered my coffee order every day and was so sweet. Do NOT pass up the chewy chocolate cookies in here. Miguel at the Daisy pool bar is a hard worker! He kept our drinks full and good times flowing. We spent each day at this pool as it was convenient for our kid to play at the water park too. Kids club was a little more aimed towards younger kids. The staff was really sweet and welcoming but our 9 year old boy got a little bored. The family lounge next door was a huge hit! We made friends with some other families and the kids all loved hanging out there. The bowling situation is a bit confusing, but shows are fantastic! We love it here!

Irene at the pool bar by the beach was fantastic! She gave the best service at the resort. She's a hard-working woman with an awesome personality. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very quiet.

Resort was nice and maintained well. Lots of food options. The only complaints I had was even though we had no little kids with us we were put in the section with the kids pool. We we’re supposed to get a king room but ended up with 2 doubles I would guess and a pull out.

The hotel itself was very nice plenty of stuff to do. Although my kid got sick and puked so I called room service for new sheets they didn’t come till the next day and they didn’t even replace our sheets that I put outside of the room they came in cleaned the room and just put one sheet on the bed, they didn’t replace the sheets and blankets till our last day witch was two days later. The beds were ok you can tell they have not been replaced in quite some time ( sunk in the middle) the ac and everything else was nice kept the room cold. Many dining options and fro the 5 we had they were good. The beach was a bummer because we went in sea weed season but they had people cleaning the beach. Drinks were good they had some liquor I wasn’t expecting which is a plus. Room service wasn’t included in the all inclusive price unlike some other properties I’ve stayed at it was $15 for nachos. But all in all not a bad place for the price

Pools and activities and entertainment 10/10. Restaurants (food and atmosphere) 8/10 Rooms 2/10 - terribly outdated. Showers get water all over bathroom floor, toilet stall is teeny tiny (terrible if you have small children and need to help them), poor air conditioning, musty smell, couch and pull-out bed were so dirty we would not sit on them. Privilege Upgrade: 10/10 - Our butler Ariz was fantastic, she was able to get us dinner reservations every night, sent a dehumidifier to our room, helped get the A/C working in one of our travel companions' room, made our reservations for massages at the spa. She was extremely helpful and thoughtful!!

My friends and I stayed at the resort as our first all inclusive experience. We stayed for a total of 6 days and had a blast! The staff was exceptional and I have traveled numerous amounts of times and I can stay they were the best. We felt like they made the entire experience that much better and were so personable. The property is beautiful and provides many activities to do that suit all age ranges. The amount of pools also make it where not one pool is crowded and unenjoyable. Beware, Mexico is a very humid country and the rooms are equipped with de-humidifiers to compensate but it can still be a little moist at times. There are plenty of food options so you don't have to eat at the same place twice. We chose the cheapest room and it still had a door to outside and was spacious enough for the 3 of us, while room service did a great job at cleaning up and ensuring we had towels, water and even left us a treat on our last day. Overall a great experience and I can see myself coming back!
