Excellent staff and place to stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and a huge place to eat, congregate, and visit in. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked that we could reserve the pool for an hour at a time during the COVID pandemic. Also liked the extra precautions with the Lysol wipes in the room.

Disappointing

Upon check in there was a large crowd of prople gathered in the breakfast area. They were loud, unruly, and most maskless. They stayed well oast midnight and ket their children run the hotel. After our first night we duscovered a bag of trash behind our bed. It contained a hypodermic needle among the garbage. We were unable to talk to the front desk due to the karge number of people once again in the lobby and lounge. The noise continued all weekend and when we finally checked out and told the front desk abiut the needle her reaponse was, "oh no." We were never offered a chance to speak to management. We were traveling with our 6 month old daughter and had always trusted Hampton Inns before due to cleanliness, not so much now

Party all night long, you'll be fine

The hotel was clean, but I was disappointed that many guests did not abide by the " masks required" signs everywhere. I had 2 different people get in the elevator with me who were not wearing masks. There was a wedding party in the room above us. They came into their room at 11:25 and literally started to party. After 30 minutes I called down to ask if the front desk could please ask them to stop. At 1am I called down again & nobody answered at the front desk. The non stop party did not cease until 2:45 am. I was told when I called that the room would only be charged at 1/2 rate for the night. Upon check out the next day this was NOT noted on the account. The grab & go breakfasts are a joke: A bottle of water, a banana, a breakfast bar & sometimes a tiny blueberry muffin. The lock on our room stopped working on day 2 of 4. We were told we would be moved. We were not. They came & fixed the lock. When doing so, they came into our room, made the beds & emptied the garbage. No big deal, except we expressly did not want any kind of room cleaning. There were many small issues that made the stay less than great.

Very clean

Felt very comfortable here. The entire hotel was very clean. Great housekeeping service. Great front desk service. Was a little disappointed there was no warm breakfast because of Covid. Ample parking as well.

Hotel is located conveniently to nearby restaurants and not far from the Clearlake area. Rooms are clean, however floors are finished in rubber tiles with a carpet nap on them that is slick even if in good repair. The carpet tiles have slipped, creating edges for people to catch their toe on, causing me to trip and had au been an older person I no doubt would have fallen. For a newer facility there were corners cut, even the beds are not as comfortable as I am accustomed to at a Hampton Inn.
