Quaint Motel nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg

This quaint Motel is such a refreshing change from the huge multi-story Hotels. Love it. You have your own assigned parking spot, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg walking or driving. Lovely seating by the creek. Just all around great place to stay.

Cool, Cozy & Fun place!

Such an amazing little gem, nestled right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Just a few min walk down to the Pancake Pantry and the entire strip is at your service. Check-in was a breeze, the room was cozy and just right. I chose this place due to all of the awesome reviews I read and I was overwhelmingly surprised those reviews did live up to their comments. A few items that were a surprise but not a shocker: Walls were thin enough to hear neighbors, bathroom shower head seemed lower than normal? The heater will definitely cook you, so finding your comfort level only takes a few times. We kept the bathroom door closed on the last night and the next morning it was freezing in there. The little window was not air tight. Again, not all things perfect but not a deal breaker for me. Towels were clean and fragrant, floors clean, bed was soft and comfy and bed linens were like what I have at home.

Hidden little gem!

What a gem! Though a little rustic, hands down the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I'm normally a Hilton type girl and took a chance on this place because I liked the location and the reviews were great. I would rate the bed 7/10, however for 3 nights it wasn't an issue. Cute, kitschy motel.

Adorable! The rooms were cute, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, off the main drag away from the noise and hustle and bustle, yet within walking distance which made it ideal. The owners were fantastic! Genuinely kind and friendly. Old school motel look without the old school motel vibe with assigned parking just outside our unit door. I would choose this location over all others in the area for future stays. We LOVED it!

I loved just about everything about the property except for the urine smell in the room, on the bedding, and towels. The property is very well kept. It's within walking distance to the SkyLift and right next to Anakeesta. The rocking chairs and other seating area in the property were nice. I wish it offered more breakfast options besides just coffee. Overall, though, it was a lovely motel. It's conveniently located to downtown and attractions.

Great Location and Excellent Service

Absolutely wonderful. Perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to The Village and strip. Manager was awesome. We loved having our own parking space! The rooms were clean and tended to every day. We will definitely be back.
