Nice hotel and will stay here next trip

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location with free parking garage... would definitely book again!

I didn’t find the staff to be friendly or helpful and instead they were downright rude. when I showed up with my husband and adult children I asked if the had a luggage cart and the gentlemen working at the check in desk who was actually standing in the lobby pointed down the hall and said I could get one from there . On top of this I retrieved it myself but one of the wheels was broken and the cart wouldn’t turn and they didn’t have automatic doors to push it outside to where the valet pull up entrance is and the guy just stood there watching me struggle to get it through the door. I would not recommend this hotel until they hire employees who actually take pride in their work and care

We were in the Boston area with our family for the holidays. It is located within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacy and other small shops- even Starbucks! Lol- It’s easy to get to, is immaculate and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. We’ll be back!

Came with my boyfriend for a little holiday getaway; so it was only for an evening, but check in was easy, (free) self parking was convenient. The area of the hotel was fine. Staff was friendly and professional. The decor of everything was modern, tasteful and clean. Wasn’t noisy at all on our floor. Would recommend and would stay again!

Everything was good, except the poor sound insolation. We could hear loud noises during the whole night. We were woken up for times.
