Rude Staff
I had a Zoom meeting this morning but the construction noise disrupted my meeting. The noise was so loud that I could not listen to my co-workers' conversation on Zoom. I tried to call the reception and understand the situation. I was so shocked to receive unhelpful and rude responses from the staff. I asked what was going on and whether there was anything they could do to handle the situation. I need a quiet place to work and do my Zoom meeting.
The responses from the staff were so rude and unhelpful. She kept saying that she did not know the construction in advance. She could not do anything. She cut my line and said that she could not talk to me in three hours about the noise. I only talked to her for 5 minutes (maximum). Honestly, I simply need an answer to know the situation so that I can arrange my Zoom meeting. I did not expect a rude conversation from the staff. It was totally unacceptable.
The hotel itself was not bad. Some staff were very helpful and it was why I extended my stay once. However, when there were incidents, they did not know how to handle and they did not even care how it affected their customers. I will not stay in this hotel again because of the way they handled incidents.
