Our Deluxe cabin was awesome! It sat right at the river bank. Beds were comfortable. The convenient store on the property has everything you could ever need I recommend being more clear about the loft area. That really only suitable for children. There’s no way an adult can sleep and stay up there.

Pleasant owner. There was a mistake with the booking company, and I would have had to change rooms each night. The owner was kind enough to upgrade my room after the first night to their beautiful suite at no extra cost so that I wouldn't have to change rooms. We upgraded our room to a non-gas station view, and wow was the upgrade a win! Stunning views, comfortable suite accommodations. Dined at the on-site restaurant once and it was comfortable with good food. Loved the riverside walk between the hotel and restaurant. Laundry available but is easier to drive than to walk to. Convenience store is available, but food selections are limited (no olive oil/butter for cooking in the full kitchen.) Suite had a comfortable seating area that doubles as a sleeping space if needed. Loved the personal touch of the guestbook. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

This was the most beautiful cabin and the most idyllic setting facing the river. Bed was so comfortable. The amenities were clean and awesome. I love being able to see the mountains all around me as I sat on the front porch in the coolness eating my dinner and having my coffee. I've told all my friends about this place and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Not as advertised.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. However, for this price point ($340 a night), we could have had a nicer room with a much better location elsewhere in this area. The room has no closet (just a clothes hanger). We didn’t know it was possible to make a bathroom this small - thankfully we are not large people). The “kitchen” had a single convection hot plate. So cooking anything that couldn’t be microwaved was a joke. And then there was the room placement, right above the laundry— so it wreaked of fabric softener, and faced the resort’s gas station, which was literally right in front of our room. And finally, the entry to the room stepped out to an iron catwalk (see photos). None of these “features” were mentioned or shown on the property’s Hotels.com webpage. Truly a disappointment.

Before ever checking in we recieved welcome emails, as we did afrer checking out. Our room was cozy and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and we received a complimentary smores kit. Right on the river and the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking.
