The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. The overall cleanliness was average, the master bathroom was poorly designed, with the entire floor getting wet after showering. The smaller room was relatively cleaner, but there were no available power outlets, so it was not very convenient. We cooked in the unit, so we consumed some of the dishwasher detergent.
On the third day, we went to the reception to ask for more, and they said that a welcome pack was provided upon check-in, and if we needed additional items, we would have to pay for them. But it was strange that there was a notice in the unit saying that we could ask the reception for more supplies if needed. We were not quite sure if we could just request more items when necessary.
We stayed for 5 nights, and they said that cleaning would only be done after a week-long stay, so the basic cleaning was done by the guests themselves. Overall, the experience was average.
The reception staff were friendly, and there was free parking available. The overall cleanliness could be improved.
