There is a fly in the room. No coffee bag, and the coffee machine didn't work.

Difficulty signing in because the office was closed and I had to stand right outside the office door to get an Internet connection in order to register and receive my room number and access code. Once I was in, the room was very nice, kind of modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable! I did not like that the tv requires you to sign in to use your own Netflix account and password to watch… but it had Sling TV. Went out to eat at a local diner and upon returning put my “take out” and drinks in the shared lounge where they have an ice machine and refrigerator. No fridge or microwave in room. That was fine.. however, I did not realize that the shared refridgerator was not even turned on! All in all the “contactless” experience was new for me but it worked out fine and I would recommend and try it again!

It is all very nice and smooth. I have stayed here several times. However this last time I had to call the management because it was time to check in and I hadn't received the email to complete the check in, so I couldn't get in right away. But I was happy that a person and not a recording took my call and solved the problem immediately. Besides this, it is always very nice. Also the staff and the food at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Barcelona, is amazing. I feel at home there.

Was down here for a charity event and needed a hotel room to get some sleep between events. Tried to get to sleep for 2 hours, I was placed in a ground floor room with a utility access grate in front of it, every time I was about to get to sleep someone would step on it and it made a loud metallic bang. People were extremely loud outside of my room standing and smoking in the parking lot, and rooms surrounding me people were yelling and banging around well past midnight. Next time, I'll spend more money for a hotel. If you're looking to party or pick up a hooker on a saturday night, my guess is Hi Ho is the place to be.

Easy check in made right through my phone with keyless entry. No need to stop at a front desk it’s all done when you arrive. Room was small clean and comfortable for one night. Parking right out front in lot with wine shop that sells bottled water drinks and beers in first floor along with Barcelona wine bar that we went to for dinner and it was fabulous. Busy on a Saturday night, great cocktails food and people watching! Shower situation was fine, we took hot showers with bathroom door closed and kept the door closed when we were done showering . Would stay again and recommend.

I stayed one night with my boyfriend to visit with family nearby. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean but noticed some damaged bathroom tiles and patchwork on the walls. The door to the outside was drafty and we could see light coming in from under the door. As for the proximity to the highway and me being a very light sleeper, I needed to use a sound machine to sleep (my boyfriend couldn’t have cared less). I was kind of worried about the self check in but there were no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again because it was so close to where my cousin lives. The tapas bar and wine shop downstairs were a bonus!
