可以罵髒話嗎!!
非常不爽的一次住宿!! 先是飯店櫃檯說查不到我們2晚住宿的訂房紀錄，一直堅持要我們重新付款，後來是我堅持不願意付款，他才安排我們入住!! 後是進房之後整個傻眼，床單很髒，枕頭有頭髮，棉被打開有沙子，浴室長滿黴菌，洗澡刷牙的水有生鏽味，洗澡時水管塞住水流不下去，滿到房間裡面去，跟櫃檯反應說沒房了!? 最後，我們3個人整晚無法入睡，因為全身發癢一直抓，3個人都起了疹子，一晚受不了早上6點多我們就退房了，一堆住客等吃早餐，結果是泡麵，花幾百美金吃泡麵?又是這種住宿環境?又是這種服務?很想送他們三字經!! 還有一晚，連住我們也不住了，直接離開!!太爛了，太糟糕了!!

位置靠近廣場與教堂
位置離廣場與教堂很近，但缺點就是廣場放的音樂很大聲很吵 , 一直到晚上10點才結束 (但周遭的飯店也都有一樣的問題) 附近就有按摩的店 不用跑很遠 , 但因位於半山腰 所以 去吃飯 購物 廣場 與其他景點都要爬樓梯或走斜坡下去(晚上沒路燈). 櫃台人員很親切 英文好 , 也提供很多旅遊資訊與交通服務 , 如: 河內到Sapa的晚上臥鋪火車與火車站到飯店的接駁車 , 飯店到河內機場的臥鋪巴士 , Sapa當地村莊的一日遊行程......等等 房間設施一般 , 但空間很大 乾淨.

Great Sapa trip and nice hotel
Staffs were really nice there. We arrived Sapa in early morning and we were very tired after sleeping on the train. The staff allowed us to checked in earlier so we could take a hot shower and a nap in the morning. They also recommended the trekking to the valliage about 4 hours and they let us take a shower after the trekking even we already checked out. It was a nice hotel and very friendly staffs.

Good view, lots of construction during day time and was charged for waters in room that have been free at other hotel. Wasn’t a lot but felt very stingy. Overall would stay again. Good views

Sapa
As the road access had been removed (temporarily) it takes great walking effort to reach the hotel and not assessible by car. Reception was helpful in assisting with local tour advises.

Very Disappointing
The hotel is next to a contruction site that work night and day. Very noisy. The hotel is not well maintained. Our shower screen would not close. We reported it a few times and each time they said it was fixed. Finally I said for the staff to come up to our room and show me that it closes. They had to strain to shut the door and when they did it fell off. Finally they belived me. The hotel is not clean and overall I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice views and price!
I was staying at another hotel in Sapa and decided to move closer to my friends place. After looking at the reviews, it looks like a great place. The hotel was everything that people had mentioned. It was roomy clean, with nice views. The staff were nice enough but didn't really correspond with the guest much. The only thing I want to let everyone know is that the hotel is at the top of a hill and there is construction so the road is bad. The taxi dropped me off at the beginning of the road and said, "Bad Road, Sorry," I had to lug my suitcase to the hotel which was about 300 meters away. It wasn't bad but for those with lots of luggage beware and force the taxi to take you. Other taxis do it and the road isn't that bad. I was annoyed because I had a hurt foot from hiking in Ninh Ninh. Overall, the hotel was really nice. I think they may have upgraded me and didn't tell me. I had a great view and a balcony. Stay here. Its worth the money!

시설이 많이 낡고 부족합니다. 주니어 스위트에 2박하였는데 화장실이 너무 작고 불편합니다. 위치는 성당과 가깝지만 50미터 정도 계단을 올라와야 합니다. 캐리어를 들고 가시는분은 불편합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 뜨거운 물 잘나옵니다. 엘리베이터 없습니다. 전망은 좋습니다. 호텔방에서 성당과 광장이 한눈에 내려다 보입니다. 아침식사가 조금 부실합니다. 결론은 조금 더 지불하시고 한등급 위의 호텔로 가는것이 좋을듯 합니다.

Our experience at The Sapa Elite was great...... we had a ‘Deluxe Double with a balcony. The room wasn’t huge but it’s layout felt spacious. Large bathroom, good hot water availability & pressure in a large tiled shower recess. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly the main reception person Trang. She couldn’t have been more helpful with our plans, her English was very good and she made several phone calls to her professional colleagues to get us on our next phase to BaBe National Park which was also fantastic. Lovely intimate breakfast room with good quality breakfast on offer. All in all, a very happy stay.

Good position but shabby
Initial impression was ok, but realised later bathroom nothing worked 100% , cleaning left large areas not dusted, breakfast small choice and not forthcoming for second helping. Tourist information given but with their profit in mind.

Not as advertised
We had a deuxe room booked. It was not as per the advertised photo's. Our room had a huge crack in the window, taped up, dirty towels in bathroom, kettle with exposed wires. When we complained we were told they were full and we could not change rooms. When we asked for the manager we were refunded 350k dong as an apology (about £12).
