There is not shower cap in this hotel.
We have order a double bed room, but when we checked in, they give us a king with sofa bed. I felt tried that time so I didn't argue it. And when we go into the room, pull out sofa bed it doesn't be made. So it took a while for everything ready. And they don't have shower cap.

Definitely a great choice
Everything in this hotel is great! Nice, clean, bright, the atmosphere is just so easeful and soothing. Good breakfast with a always clean and organized lounge area. The staffs…the manager, the front desk, the house keepers, staff in charge of the breakfast……every staff we met was so nice and helpful! We stayed there for 5 days and really enjoyed. If you would go to Middletown, I would definitely recommend you this hotel. It’s a great choice.

晚上经过84号公路要留宿，订房时看网评不错，入住后发现房间清洁度很一般，马桶下水道严重堵塞，不敢使用，半夜懒得换房，只能次次下楼到大堂使用共卫。

Awesome
It was really a nice hotel, 1st time using. We needed another place to stay after staying at a Hilton brand hotel (will not name) which was less than but rather pricey.. Will definitely use again on our next travels. Price was a game changer as well.

Rude employee and no heat
The woman working the front desk was on her personal phone with her son upon check-in and appeared annoyed that she needed to check us in. When we walked into our room, it was freezing cold. 48 degrees to be exact. The window was open and the heat was turned off. It was December 14 in NY. The heat would not turn on. I went to the woman at the front desk and requested a new room. She then informed me she could not provide a new room because she only had single rooms. I said that was fine because it was just me and my wife. She said, "Well I cant give you that room anyways because its more expensive than the one you booked." My response was, "I also didnt book a room that was 48 degrees with no heat." She said, "After I finish this phone call, I'll come up and reset the heat." I told her to come up and fix it now or give me another room. She hastily followed us up to the room and did something to reset the heat. 3 hours later we were at 65 degrees and could take our winter jackets off. Awful customer service, but apparently that is the new norm.

Never will forget this baecation
It was comfortable breakfast wasn't the best but the room was cozy minus a fire alarm at 1:30am and everyone had to evacuate so we sat in the car because it was freezing so it was interesting to say the least

24 hours in Middletown
The desk staff were very helpful, we had some people in the room above us that walked around constant til about 2:00 am and the desk clerk offered us another room. The breakfast is great and the hotel is very convenient to the highway.
