Good stay. Recommened
This is very good family-run business. The rooms were recently renovated and are quite nice. The bed and facilities are comfortable. We stayed 5 nights. It is on a local highway and there is frequent car and truck traffic, as well horse and buggys as this in the middle of Amish country, however the traffic is not constant. We slept well.

A wondeful hotel at a great price
This hotel was absolutelt amazing. Beautifully remodeled and maintained, the hotel was perfectly clean and made for a wonderful night's stay. I will definitely stay there again the next time i am in the area.

Never going back !
We saw many problems during our first time at this motel. When I signed in I was asked to give them $50 over the cost of the stay which I got back at when checking out! What the hell that all about?? When we got to the room my wife noticed that the closet was build wrong and all of the hangers were hanging at an angle, see photos. When I looked for a USB plug to charge my phone, it was in a high lamp. I could only charge my watch on it. See photo. The toilet besides having an oval shape on a round bowl, was too close to the wall. When one who is righted needs the get some tissues to do a wipe, reaching back there with right hand knocks the extra toilet paper of the holder! The water at the sink faucet was to powerful for that type of spout, there spraying over the front edge of the sink and onto whatever one is wearing. There was no was to reach out from the bed and turn on a light. So the way we had to be ready for getting up to use the toilet in the dark, we had to leave the bathroom light on. We could find no fire alarm, so how would we be warned in case of a fire !!!! There was something on the door frame as an extra lock for security, but it seemed to be frozen in place with no explanation of how it was to be used. There were only a few rooms in use from the amount of cars out front, so why were we put in the very next room that was occupied? If they would spread occupants apart, they could all sleep soundly. The only downside the staff would have to walk extra steps!

VERY thin walls. Could hear everything from room next to us as well as all outside noises. Secondary door lock did not work. Shampoo dispensers empty. Bathroom very tiny and door did not latch. Extremely limited breakfast choices - white toast, dry cereal, and waffle maker. Would not stay here again with so many other options in the area.

Positives: The front desk staff was very friendly. The grounds are kept up nicely. The location had great access in close proximity for shopping, which is convenient. The country view of farmland was beautiful from our room. Breakfast was decent enough with fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, juices, etc. Negatives: Our door lock jammed and we had difficulty getting back into the room at one point. Also, fellow patrons partied all night keeping us up, due to their drunken behavior and loudness. We did not get a restful night's sleep. People can be so rude and uncaring of others. Cannot blame staff for that however, as it was after midnight. I would give 3.5 out of five stars.

Dirty, no hot breakfast as advertised.
I have used this hotel for several years, but this past trip was the first time under the new branding. I knew not to expect a hunch of frills from previous trips, but the walls were dirty, one of the sheets had a small blood stain on it, and the hot breakfast was a waffle station and some cereal options, along with bananas and apples. No eggs or meats or even yogurt. The beds also slide around on the floor a lot because they installed vinyl flooring and there is nothing under the legs of the beds to provide any grip
