A bit of a blast from the past, with 1960s/70s decor and a slightly tired feel. But perfectly clean, in good repair and comfortable. Strong recommendation.

The property has been owned by the same gentleman for 18yrs. He walked us to our room and briefed on what we needed to know about the room. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. This a good way station if you need to stop.

It was a great value for what we needed. We were looking for a simple place for a quick overnight stay. Didnt need/want to pay for a bunch of amenities that we were not going to use. This place was perfect for our needs. The host went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel welcome and safe. Yes, it is an older property...however, very well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

While the hotel was more dated than a Montgomery Wards, the inn keeper greeted us warmly and the room was clean. I felt it was a good value and would stay here again.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and very nice. The property is extremely old, and when we first drove up, I thought :" is this really the place we are going to stay?". It is clean in the room but very outdated, and the property overall looks like it hasn't had repairs in 30 years. But it is much much less expensive than anything around Denver area, so that's a plus.
