Helpful agent, from picking up from the airport to sending us to the airport, they helped a lot since we have so many luggage. The place is quite near airport so that we don't need to worry about the flight catching issue. The check-in process is quite fast and accurate. Will book again if I have to stay around the airport.

A must for traveler & trust-worthy hotel
Fast checked in - Staff took only 5 minutes to finish the paper work. Thoughtful and helpful staff - 1. Helped us and bring us to airport actively since we have our luggage delayed at the airport; 2. Remind us with the information for early departure from the hotel; 3. We didn't ask for the wake up call, however they did it and made our schedule to be smooth without hazard.
