This is one of the worst places to stay. It was a late day booking for an unexpected overnight stay, unfortunately a HUGE mistake. In spite of it being a non-smoking facility, there was a heavy smoke and pot stench throughout the property. The room was not cleaned well - small dead roaches in the cabinets, urine on the toilet rim, spots on the bed cover, and unclean floor. The bed was more of a roll-away, and definitely not comfortable. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. I'm glad I brought my own pillow and blanket - I did not get under the bed covers. Lesson learned - you don't even get what you pay for any more. Oh, and the clerk appeared to be in her pajamas (I checked in around 6 p.m.).

Roaches/No workers?

Easy check in experience but that was the only time there was someone at the desk. Never saw another worker again for the next two days to ask for more towels for 4 people in our room. Room only had two bath towels and 1 rag, no hand towels for 4 adults. Roaches seen in bathroom. Unclean feeling in room and throughout the whole hotel. Smells like smoke in the halls. Would not recommend this hotel.

I had to drive back without staying overnight because they said they could not fix the issue because they had no cleaning staff! Very bad people hanging out in check in area and outside the building. Staff is nice. But after checking in and going to our room it was very dirty. The bed, pillows and sheets were all stained yellow. Room floor, bathroom floor and bathtub/shower floor were all dirty. Kitchen area not clean at all, there were cigarette ashes in the refrigerator. Trash inside cabinet. Room also smelled like someone was smoking in there. I would say that someone needs to go in there and do an inspection.

There were what appeared to be dried blood stains and other stains on my bedsheets and cover. I asked the staff if it would be possible to have the sheets changed. They said it wasn’t possible since they were out of bedsheets but they gave me a clean fleece blanket instead. Overall cleanliness is really bad. The walls are very thin. You’ll be able to hear everything from next door to across the hall. I’ve been to other Extended Stay America and I’ve had good experiences. This one is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Roach invested. At least 30 of them running around the room. Fridge and microwave had visible debris, and horrible smells. AC unit leaking water that pooled on floor, and had several black bugs in it. All areas smelled of Marijuana. Front desk refused to check me out, and would not refund any of the $500 they had already taken from my debit card. This app help desk said they "tried to get a refund, but it was refused." Yall. Go use Orbitz instead this would never happen with Orbitz.

I do not want to complain as the single employee working was working very hard and doing her very best, and she was very polite and courteous. She could not do everything herself. We could not check in until 8 pm as she was still trying to get her rooms clean, i had other things to do so it was ok. There were roaches in the room, the bathroom sink- an undermount was hanging. People staying there- someone vomited out in the hallway- not the facility fault. You need more staff, but also understand that is a national problem in all work forces. Again the young woman working was working very hard and did the very best she could.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. We received a call at 5:30 PM saying the room was finally available, but by then, we were already on an excursion and couldn't return to the hotel. My friend was only able to check in after 10:30 PM—an exhausting end to a long day of travel from Miami. Upon our arrival, we were horrified to discover that the hotel was infested with roaches. They were everywhere—absolutely everywhere—in the rooms, hallways, even the bedding. The rooms were filthy, with stained linens, broken duvets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I took pictures and videos of the hotel's disgraceful condition to document this. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Patricia, was extremely rude and dismissive when we requested assistance. Not only did she offer no help, but she also made checking out and getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Two of the families traveling with us were able to book alternative accommodations, but only at a much higher rate, leaving us scrambling for a solution.
