I booked this hotel through the Hotels app for a few hours of rest. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was arguing with guests, and shortly after, five police officers showed up, definitely not a welcoming scene.
While trying to check in, she attempted to charge me again for the room and asked for a deposit. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay, but she still overcharged me. When I pointed it out, she adjusted the amount but was reluctant to provide a receipt, making me feel like my money was lost.
In the end, I paid through the app, paid again at check-in, and only received a partial refund from the $100 deposit. I ended up paying twice, making this short stay more expensive than a Hilton for just five hours of rest.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.
