Perfect location at Trier old town.

Location is perfect. Close to every famous points. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is good. The only down side is the breakfast. But providing coffee , tea and water at looby is preety good.

Nice stay

Very convenient location, and nice historical building. Everything was nice, except the parking space was very limited. The parking was fulled all the time, you have to be very lucky to get one space, and don't go out anymore, otherwise you have problem when you come back.

Good location, but the room was really small with no closet space. There was only one towel provided for a double room, my husband had to to get dressed to go to the front desk to ask for another towel.

Room was very clean and spacious, shower was great and bathroom was nice size. Property felt and looked newly renovated. Breakfast food was not very good, bakery was the best thing going and we’re not big on bakery for breakfast. Coffee machine was great, and tea selection very good. The room was way too hot, and the HVAC did not seem to work very well. Hard to sleep well in a hot room! The cleaning staff left the windows open every day, but it didn’t help much with the heat, and was too noisy at night to sleep with them open. No ice machine on property and no refrigerator in room. Staff was mostly helpful, and Jon in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly! For the price, we may stay again IF they can get the HVAC under control.

Unkomplizierte und freundliche Unterstützung in schwieriger Familiensituation, Parkplätze im sehr nahen Parkhaus kosten die Hälfte, was uns offen gesagt wurde. Lage ist reinfach perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt und absolut ruhig. Sauberkeit und Hotelzustand 1A. Danke

No parking as full on arrival. Air con not working so very hot all night, 3rd bed like sleeping on a rock, kept waiting for 30 mins before being checked in . Great location but not the greatest hotel for the price

Good location in the very centre of Truer so decent for food and shopping etc. best to park in the City Parkhoose just nearby as the hotel parking gets full easy and not so easy to park. My room was ok but lacking a lot of comforts, no drinking glasses, no kettle, no fridge and air con just didn’t work or was switched off so the room was very warm and windows only partially open. It’s a fairly standard hotel.

Receptioniste bij ontvangst was hoogst onvriendelijk, alle vragen waren haar te veel en het antwoord ging gepaard met zichtbare afkeuring en grimassen. Uiteindelijk werden we wel geholpen maar op een manier waarop we er zelf een slecht gevoel aan overhielden. De ontbijtruimte is onderbemand (er wordt niet genoteerd of je ontbijt geboekt hebt of niet, dus ook geen enkel persoonlijke ontvangst, weinig en gestresseerd personeel) en eerder ongezellig (geen tafelkleed of onderlegger, geen gedekte tafel, geen deftige servietten). Het eten is voldoende maar eenzijdig en niet zo gezond (geen vers fruit buiten enkel geblutste appels als excuus, weinig groenten, zo goed als geen ontbijtgranen). Geen drinkglas in de badkamer om je tanden te poetsen, zogenaamd uit milieuoverwegingen. Het ontbreken van een airco is in de zomer een probleem. De aankleding met Romeins thema was wel origineel.

Fairly new hotel, nice rooms on the main floors, high ceilings and nice deco. I refused the room that had been assigned to me on the top floor. It was extremely stuffy (on a rather warm bit not really hot day) and had a weird smell, like curry. The other room I then got was nicer, although it looked out on the trash cans… The hotel is ok, the breakfast room on the other hand is hideously ugly and basic - and the main drawback for me was that such a new hotel does not have A/C. Its main strength us its location in a lovely historic courtyard right in the town center. The parking lot was always full - so I had to park a bit away.
