具設計感的酒店 漂亮整潔床舒適 服務人員親切熱情

本來給超級負評，入住時那小姐超級黑臉，而且房間空調聲音非常噪，最重要是走走停停，空調整晚不停自動開關，第一晚完全沒法睡，後來零晨五點受不了，找了櫃檯工程人員看，立即換了一個房間，那櫃檯也非常有禮貌，並且補償了我們一餐免費的早餐，第二天有事找櫃檯幫忙，那先生和小姐也很熱情，應該是個別櫃檯人員問題，下次應該不會再考慮入住，浴室設備是最重要原因，沒隱私和洗澡因是開放式，水會流出房間

I booked the wrong room type (bunk), so was disappointed by the size and layout of room, but it's my own fault. Overall staff is very nice and atmosphere is cozy.

The hotel is very close to the subway stations and is within walking distance ti downtown. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops at the tribeca area and the hudson river park nearby is awesome for morning walks. Small but clean rooms.

So this is our 2nd time here at Arlo, first one was December and this time January. Why come back? For one good reason, peace and quiet. i just love SOHO district, it has everything my family needs for a vacation.The shopping, the food and the overall rustic look of the area. Shows us what the nicer side of NY looks like. Harolds Restaurant will not disappoint with the quality of food they serve coming from their Kitchen, breakfast buffet Bacon, Bagels and other bread variety, three kinds of cheese, fresh salmon slices, sausages and cold cuts, all the fruits available. The Manager Mr Eddie was very vigilant making sure that all his guest are comfortable and they have everything they need to enjoy their orders.
