Beautiful ocean views

Great place to stay and watch the ocean. When the tide comes in, the waves crash on the stone wall and when the tide is out, the beach is great. We saw a seal, blue herrons, and other sea birds.

This is a small hotel that offers slivers of the ocean view. You will not have a full ocean view from the room as this hotel makes it appear. The exterior is in poor condition. The parking is right on a highway, no elevator and no AC. Very poor customer service. Nothing for kids to do here other than explore the beach before the tide comes up. I would recommend staying somewhere with a better view of the ocean for a little more price. The rooms are redone and are comfortable.

The rooms were OK. No Air Conditiong and it was hotter that Hell… The room also smelt like fish. Toni was awesome though. Great staff.

The Sand Pebbles was exactly what we expected. A bit dated, but clean, comfortable and affordable. The view was amazing and being right on the ocean, we could watch the birds and seals. The front desk staff was super pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The property has misleading photos. Not showing overall state of the building. The building needs some serious remos. spider and bugs everywhere. We got the wrong room compared what we booked. The property owner said they can't do much about that. We booked a double room with kitchen however the room had no kitchen. Yje housekeeping only changed the towels. The sink was clogged. The hotel said they only have one housekeeper and cannot change the sheets the bedding had blood stains. The curtains were hard to shut as the rod had tape on them to keep it together. The stairs leading to the beach was not in safe condition (there was a sign saying use it at your own risk)

Rooms were updated, beds are comfy. Bathroom could use deeper clean but wasn’t too bad. There was a New microwave oven and cable tv. Overall, we had a good stay.

Very shabby on the outside, torn flooring and rickety stairs. The center courtyard has been decimated by a storm . We have stayed there numerous times but always in a room near the ocean, this time we were right by the road and it was very noisy. Don't be put off by the exterior the rooms are quite lovely.

We can appreciate the fact that this dear building is a beautiful, old soul. Upgrades have been done and are in progress. We enjoyed a lovely sleep, and woke up to the sound and vibrations of the waves coming in. Our suite must have been far away from the water heater, but patience brought us a hot shower in the end. The lady at the front desk was delightful. Thank you!

Hosts were terrible, left property and I want my money back. Struggling with Expedia and the sand pebbles inn. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, mold in the bathroom, spilled coffee stains on the side tables, dirt on the floor, kitchen was a mess, they said the rooms were clean and it definitely wasn’t touched. Place is a disgrace and the hosts act easy to deal with but refuse to pay money back. Didn’t even stay the night and they charged me anyway. Went to a better hotel down the road. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.
