We had two very unpleasant nights here. On the first night, there was constant background noise, and the smoke alarm above the bed kept flashing, making it impossible to sleep. We called the front desk around 1 a.m., and eventually the air conditioning was turned off remotely to stop the noise. However, the quilt was very thin, and we felt cold, so I had to go to the front desk again to ask for an extra quilt. It made us able to sleep at 3.
Just when we thought everything is fine now. The second night, the toilet broke and wouldn’t stop flushing, so we had to move to a smaller room.
At last, The room was not very clean as we expected, with mould in the corner. Overall, Staff tried to help, but we slept very poorly and left too tired to enjoy our time in Milan.
