Need a lot of updating

All rooms need update. Still have DVD players, no DVDs. There are no charging stations or USB ports in room. Electric outletscare rare and behind furniture. Hotel provided kcup machine but no kcups or other such supplies. Hotubs need refinishing. Bar/restaurant closed 2 days of week. Ski in ski out questionable depending on ski area itself, not hotel. No lobbies ammenities upon arrive, including no water. Everything looks tired and dated.

The room they put us in had the heat didn’t work. Called the front desk to let them know, the only reply was “okay”. Had to call them again later bc it wasn’t fixed, they eventually did move us at 11 pm that night bc the repair person “doesn’t like to go in the rooms” despite our permission to look at the heater. Lifted up the couch cushion in the room to see if there was a pull out bed and there were a ton of crumbs and hair. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the heated pool, but the place was overpriced in my opinion.

Good spot

The Grand Summit was mostly good. Bar/restaurant closed at 9pm and breakfast options were really just breakfast sandwiches. They do not do daily housecleaning, which we were not told until we nabbed a housecleaner in the hallway and asked why our room wasn't cleaned on our day 2. They only clean when your stay ends, no matter how long.

The location was great with shuttle service to Attitash Mountain. It was very quiet midweek. We cooked our meals in the suite and the kitchenette was adequate. The price was great. We will return!

Very good option for skiing Attitash - walk right outside to the trail, and very close to base lodge. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, but basic/no frills. Outdoor pool was great, and gym is well-equipped. Staff is excellent. Hope to return soon.

Terrible - just don’t

Old, tired property with no charm in serious disrepair. We had a four day booking of a one bedroom suite for a family ski trip. Upon arrival, the heater was broken with the room temp plunging down to 58. The maintenance guy showed up to fiddle with it and ended up getting us a space heater for the first night and they never bothered to check back in with us. No housekeeping was offered - short staffed. No toiletries in the bathroom - we ran out. No coffee pods for in room use - we ran out. The TV remotes didn’t work, the drawers pulled right out, broken. Worst of all, the non smoking suite reeked of years of stale smoke. We ended up returning two days earlier and didn’t even ask for our money back - they didn’t even notice that we were going earlier at check out. No, I will not stay here again and would not recommend. Stay away!

I love this property the over all stay was nice . It was the staff that took it down a star . Half were very accommodating and pleasant. The other half could use hospitality training. They just seemed inconvenienced by simple requests. Such as extra blankets or towels. But overall a great place . I would stay here again.

Starting off with the positives; the staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle bus, ski/snowboard storage room and the ski out area. The only downfall was the room itself. There were chips/medicine on the floor next to the bed, a dirty towel hanging over the shower, mold on the ceiling and a used/melted ice bag that was left in the ice container. The beds were made (and hopefully washed) but the room itself was definitely not cleaned prior to arrival. We were excited to try out the hotel as the photos looked beautiful but it definitely did not meet our expectations.
